At The Shaking Fist we believe that good beer in a bad pub is like whip cream on you know what.  Because of this we are committed to the development of authentic pubs that are worthy of the name Shaking Fist.  Our original locale is located in a residential neighborhood in Seattle, WA.  A pub is the heart of a community, and therefore should never be relegated to the parking lot of strip mall.  A pub should be in walking distance of its loyal patrons.  It should reflect the identity of the community it is in.  And it should offer a space in which strangers and friends can gather for hearty food, a well-crafted pint, and lively conversation.  If you are in Seattle please stop in, sit by the wood burning stove, peruse the library, and of course enjoy an authentic pint of The Shaking Fist, brewed on site.
